Sales Development Representative

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This is a full-time remote position responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outbound prospecting, engaging with potential clients, and scheduling meetings to support business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build relationships with prospective customers.

Role Description

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social media to generate new business opportunities.

  • Identify and qualify potential leads to ensure they align with the company’s target market and services.

  • Engage with prospective clients, understanding their needs and challenges, and positioning D Remote Experts’ solutions accordingly.

  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.

  • Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and company offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or similar role.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Experience with outbound sales techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.

  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining collaboration with the team.

  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Prior experience in the IT or outsourcing industry is a plus but not required.
